Military-jacket-craving

Found this fantastic vintage military jacket on youheshe.com for 500 kr. Its soon my birthday so why not?

Haven't bought a military jacket yet as I thought I would'nt use it during summer. But what am I thinking? Pairing it with a pair of short shorts and Dr. Martens could actually look quite cool. Obviously not quite as cool as the two young ladies above ;)

Kiehl's

I can really recommend trying Kiehl's "ACAI family" - my skin has become less irritated since i started using them.

Seriously magic!

I love Kiehl's. I simply can't live without their products - they give me a much more natural feel than other products I've ever tried. I also like the fact that they have been in the field since 1851 which really underlines their expertise within skincare knowledge.

During my trip to NY (and in honor of Earth Day) Kiehl's introduced a funky looking collaboration with celebs' like Pharrell Williams, Jeff Koons, Julianne Moore and Malia Jones to raise funds and awareness for Rainforest Alliance, which is dedicated to sustaining biodiversity and ensuring sustainable livelihoods. They created a limited a Limited Edition label for Kiehl's Acai Damage-Protecting Toning Mist which you can see on the picture above.

Unfortunately Copehnhagen Airport is the only place (in Denmark) where you can shop Kiehl's at the moment - but it seems as though they soon are opening more shops in Denmark so keep an eye on Kiehls.com. I'm hooked.

Oh Hallo Summer!

There is no better feeling than ditching those wintery stockings and wearing a dress au' natural. Today was the day. We also had a flea market at TEKO today - didn't manage to sell so much but never mind. It was cosy. I also bought a pair of Doc. Martens. 100 kr! The color is perfect - can be used with everything.

Tokyo Street Style

The next big city I want to visit is Tokyo! I often visit style-arena.jp to get an overlook of what the stylish Japanese are wearing. They dress so fun and young. I love it. You should definately check it out if you need some inspiration.

H&M's Fashion Against Aids-Collection

Who knew that attending festivals would be the posh'est thing you could do? Lizzy Jagger, Lou Doillon and Josh Beech are definately showing off some serious festival-glamour in this fabolous H&M campagne. The collection hits the shops on the 20th May 2010. So shop-amok cause 25 % of the sales is donated to youth HIV/AIDS awareness projects.

Christie

I totally forgot about this picture. I had taken this picture of my friend Christie some weeks ago - but never-the-less I don't think it is outdated. Christie is really good at mixing feminin and lovely materials together with lots of bracelets, a big watch and of course: a pair of cool glasses. Think she looks cool!

Living Colorful

Had just layed the table for some friends coming over :)

My little Denim sofa from Ikea

My beloved Hay carpet. Got it from my parents for Christmas.

Having followed many different bloggers for a long time I have always wondered how they live. Took some pictures of my little rainbow apartment the other day when it wasn't messy :)

My New Shirt

Found this silk shirt on a vintage-rave today. 39 kr! I am confident that I am going to use it a lot with shorts or just a pair of leggings. I love that effortless-chic look for spring and summer.

Trying That Scarf-Look

Inspired by Nana I had to try the look my self.

Women In Color

I love looking at Tommy Ton's pictures for style.com and have chosen to show you 3 in particular which caught my eye today. Not because I have anything against black - but these outfits are so refreshing. Feeling inspired? I do!

Monday

Check out Nana's handband style. It totally complents her hair color. Love, love, love!!!!

Nana: Silke tørklæde (købt i Indien), Dorothy Perkins body stocking, vintage belt, Gina tricot jeans and Monki wedges

Just wanted to show you another little souvenir from the Big Apple. Vintage Givenchy ear clips:) Also wearing a denim vest from H&M (originally a jacket but cut of the sleeves). White shirt from Zara.

Like how Ruta is working military green and polkadots at the same time. She is wearing: Blouse from Baum und Pferdgarten, Zara trousers and shoes from Friis & Company

Lets Get Educated.... (in Tommy's office)

Tommy's sister Bonny - and our personal tour guide :-)

Marilyn's boots

Another thing I wanted to show you are some pictures we took whilst visiting Tommy Hilfiger in the chic Chelsea area. Tommy Hilfiger's sister was so kind to show us around this great company. We also peeped into Tommy's private office - which was.... Have no words. It was so cool and very inspiring for someone studying fashion. And may I add: someone who has Andy Warhol, Marilyn Monroes boots+jeans and several other fantastic graphic art pieces hanging in ones office is just my cup of coffee!

One Of A Find

Discovered One Of A Find whilst walking around in SOHO during my trip to NY. Never seen so many vintage Chanel bags in one place. Ask me if I was drooling? :) Anyway - a super high end vintage shop but never-the-less totally worth stopping by if you go to New York.
